Support Coordinator – Learning Disabilities
Location: Blackpool (FY1)
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent (12-week probation)
Hours: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week, rota-based)
Pay: £15.80/hr (Weekdays) | £16.00/hr (Nights/Weekends)

We are now recruiting a Support Coordinator for an established supported living service in Blackpool (FY1).
This is a temporary-to-permanent role, where you will complete a 12-week probation before transitioning into a permanent post with one of our valued partner services.
About the Role:
As Support Coordinator, you will lead the day-to-day management of a high-quality supported living service for adults with learning disabilities. Your role will be to ensure responsive, person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing daily operations of the supported living service
*
Ensuring care plans are individualised and person-centred
*
Working closely with service users, families, and external agencies
*
Meeting all contractual, regulatory, and quality assurance standards
*
Supervising and supporting a team of support workers
*
Promoting inclusion and helping service users engage with the local community
What We’re Looking For:
*
At least 2 years of UK-based experience supporting people with learning disabilities
*
Experience in staff supervision or team management
*
Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)
*
Two professional references covering the last 4 years (including your most recent role)
*
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (desirable)
*
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable)
Working Hours:

Full-time: 37.5 hours per week
*
Flexible rota including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Pay During Probation:

£15.80 per hour – Weekdays
*
£16.00 per hour – Nights/Weekends
