Overview
We're looking for an Environmental Sustainability Advisor to join our Southern team, based in Southampton. Location: Southampton - office based, with regular travel to our sites across the Southern region. Hours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired. We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
Responsibilities
* Supporting on projects to ensure successful delivery of sustainability targets (BREEAM, LEED, WELL, Carbon, Waste).
* Conduct environmental inspections and maintaining environmental compliance.
* Chair meetings with the project team and supply chain to drive the sustainability agenda.
* Collating sustainability metrics and reporting progress against project objectives.
* Supporting the delivery of our Building for a Sustainable World framework.
Qualifications
* Are passionate about sustainability and reducing resource use and carbon emissions.
* Have knowledge of construction sustainability schemes, such as BREEAM/CEEQUAL/LEED/WELL.
* Have experience in environmental management systems and relevant legislation.
* Are detail-oriented, with excellent analytical and reporting skills.
* Enjoy working collaboratively with different teams and clients.
