Production Operative - Hartlepool Pay Rates: £12.21 per hour (Days) / £13.21 per hour (Nights) Shifts: Days, Backs, and Nights (rotational or fixed) Role Overview We are seeking dependable and hardworking Production Operatives to join a fast‑paced manufacturing environment in Hartlepool. This role involves supporting daily production activities, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth operational flow.
