What youll be getting stuck into as a Sales Manager
* Leading, coaching and developing a team of consultants to exceed billing targets
* Embedding strong CRM discipline, accurate forecasting and healthy pipeline coverage
* Driving outbound activity and personally generating and closing new business
* Supporting key calls, pitches and negotiations to improve conversion rates
* Scaling new customers into strategic, recurring-revenue key accounts
* Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless fulfilment and client satisfaction
What youll bring to the table as a Sales Manager
* Proven background in recruitment or staffing sales with consistent personal billing success
* Previous leadership experience with clear coaching and mentoring impact
* Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and consultative sales process
* Commercially astute, data-driven approach to pipeline and revenue management
* Confident user of CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
