Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – St Albans

Location: St Albans
Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time Only
Start Date: September 2025
Salary: Up to £600 per week

Key Responsibilities - Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant

* Work with pupils aged 6–16 who have a variety of needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health), and moderate learning difficulties.
* Provide tailored support in both 1:1 and small group settings, addressing academic learning as well as emotional development.
* Help students build confidence, independence, and engagement with their learning.
* Collaborate with teaching staff to foster a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment.

* Must hold the right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
