Liaise with tenants and leaseholders throughout the works programme
*
Schedule access appointments and deliver resident communications

*
Excellent communication and organisational skills
*
A calm, approachable, and problem-solving mindset
*
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across sites
*
Some awareness of passive fire protection (a bonus, not essential)
What’s on offer:
*
£25,000 to £35,000 pro-rata for 6-month FTC
*
Monday–Friday working hours
*
The chance to contribute meaningfully to resident safety and satisfaction
