Your Role
EF Education First is seeking a proactive and service-oriented Accommodation Manager to lead our accommodation operations at the EF London International Language Campus.
1. Full-time/Permanent contract

3. Campus based within walking distance of Waterloo station
In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee our homestay and private accommodation network, ensuring every student enjoys a true “home away from home.” You’ll manage and inspire a dedicated team, strengthen relationships with hosts and suppliers, and drive continuous improvements in quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
4. Manages recruitment, re-registration & monitoring of suitable homestay & private home accommodation
5. Manages a team of full time and part time homestay coordinators, recruiters and visitors
6. Supervises the team to ensure their targets are met, provides guidance to the team and makes sure that daily, weekly and quarterly deadlines are met
7. Ensures students are allocated to appropriate accommodation within EF Gold Standards and in accordance with EF’s safeguarding policy for under 18’s
8. Ensures student queries regarding accommodation are handled and logged appropriately with regard for excellent customer service
9. Monitors student evaluation of accommodation and responds to comments and complaints to ensure a satisfactory resolution
10. Liaises with finance department to ensure prompt and accurate payment to accommodation providers
Requirements
11. Team management experience and proven leadership skills
12. Ability to ensure your personal & team’s KPIs are met
13. Motivated by working with challenging targets
14. Sales orientated
15. Strong customer service skills
16. Confident with IT and different systems
17. A flexible approach to work and hours of work
18. Highly organised with attention to details
19. Ability to handle difficult situations with ease & remain calm & positive under pressure
20. Enjoys working in busy & varied environment
