What you'll be doing:
* Cover Hotel Manager vacancies, coach teams and support new manager inductions.
* Roll out SOPs and embed operational standards to drive consistency across our portfolio of hotels.
* Mentor and develop teams, building confidence and capability.
* Support and manage employee relations cases and ensure fair, consistent outcomes.
* Share guest and hotel insights to influence improvements.
* Act as a visible role model, linking standards and KPIs to the guest experience.
* Drive efficiency, performance and commercial success.
* Monitor compliance and support audits.
* Step in wherever needed, including out-of-hours support.
We think you'll thrive if you have:
* Proven hotel experience in a supervisory or management role within a branded hospitality environment.
* Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to build trust quickly and influence without formal authority.
* Experience uplifting capability and performance in others through hands-on support.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to act as a link between hotel teams and the support centre.
* Strong understanding of guest service delivery and operational excellence frameworks.
* Organised, calm under pressure, and able to prioritise multiple demands effectively.
* Willingness to travel extensively (up to 4 nights per week) and work varied hours.
* Valid UK Driving Licence.
