Field Engineer - CCTV, Access Control, Alarms

Our client, who specialises in security solutions, is currently requiring a Service Engineer to provide ongoing maintenance, support, and servicing of security systems and electrical solutions for their established customer base across the region.
Main Responsibilities
* Conducting scheduled and reactive maintenance visits to existing customer sites across the region
* Servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing security systems and electrical solutions
* Ensure all work is carried out in line with standard practice, policies, and procedures
* Provide effective and accurate service reports and documentation
* Training customers on system updates and ensuring necessary company documentation is signed
* Provide accurate communication to service admin and managers
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
* Identify opportunities for system upgrades or additional services during site visits
* Manage your own schedule and travel efficiently between customer sites
* This position will also include taking part in the out of hours support team. Ensure a swift response on out of hours calls to customers.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a form of engineering or electrical/electronics qualification with previous, proven experience in the Security industry or a similar related industry, maintaining and servicing systems. A full UK driving licence is essential for this regional role.
