Production Engineer – Cnning
A leading international engineering team is looking for a Production Engineer to support multiple manufacturing sites across Europe and the Middle East. This is a chance to work on high-impact projects, process optimisation, and international plant operations.
What the role involves:
* Provide technical and operational support to manufacturing plants – troubleshooting, efficiency improvements, and quality assurance.
* Lead equipment start-ups and commissioning, including training plant teams.
* Drive process improvement initiatives – standardisation, best practices, lightweighting, and efficiency projects.
* Collaborate with engineering teams on equipment, tooling, materials, and process enhancements.
Who they’re looking for:
* Qualified engineer (ONC, HNC, HND, or degree) with hands-on process and manufacturing experience.
* Strong experience in equipment, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
* Safety-focused, logical, and proactive problem-solver.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – able to influence and work across teams.
* Flexible for international travel and adapting to diverse environments.
* Fluency in English (other languages a plus).
