About you
At least 5 years of HR experience in a management / leadership role
Strong understanding of NI & UK employment law (German desirable)
Chartered CIPD
Proven ability to manage complex HR projects and data-driven decision making
Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
Proficient with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
What you'll do
Lead and develop the HR function across the organisation to align with strategic business goals
Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives
Drive performance management, staff development, and succession planning processes
Manage regional investigations, employee relations, and compliance with employment law
Analyse HR data to improve processes and support HR decision-making
Foster strong relationships with regional leaders through site visits and engagement activities
