We are now hiring for a well-presented, professional, and Arabic-speaking Clinic Receptionist to join the front-of-house team. Clinic Receptionist responsibilities: Acting as the first point of contact for all clients, greeting them with warmth and professionalism. Handling inbound calls, appointment bookings, and client enquiries (in both English and Arabic). Managing the clinic diary and coordinating bookings efficiently. Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring front-of-house areas are immaculate at all times. Supporting practitioners with client flow and assisting with client paperwork. Processing payments and maintaining accurate records using clinic systems. Promoting products, skincare treatments, and clinic services with confidence and product knowledge. Ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience for every client throughout their visit. Upholding clinic standards in line with brand values and regulatory guidelines. What We're Looking For: Fluent Arabic and English speaker. Previous front-of-house or reception experience, ideally in a luxury, beauty, aesthetic, or clinical setting. Warm, engaging, and professional demeanour. High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. A passion for skincare, wellness, and customer experience.
