We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic, part-time Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to join a wonderful partner pre-school in Maidenhead, attached to a primary school, starting in September. The role is for 3 days a week and is ideal for someone who’s passionate about supporting young children’s early development and enjoys nurturing their confidence, curiosity, and independence. In this role, you’ll support daily routines, lead engaging learning activities, and help create a safe, stimulating environment where children can learn and grow through play. Responsibilities: Assist with early years learning through structured play and creative activities Support the nursery team in day-to-day routines and behaviour management Help create a safe, caring and inclusive environment for all children Observe and record children’s progress and share insights with the team Requirements: ✔️ Level 3 qualification in Childcare ✔️ Experience working with children in early years or a nursery setting ✔️ A warm, patient and positive attitude ✔️ Good communication and team working skills ✔️ DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain a new one At Supply Hive, safeguarding is a top priority.
