Senior Reward Analyst | Global Gaming & Gambling Business | EMEA
3-6 month FTC/Temp Contract - Potential extension to perm
£60K - £75K DOE

We’re supporting a global gaming and gambling organisation to hire a Senior Reward Analyst into a small Reward team of three, supporting EMEA markets. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you’ll play a key part in running and supporting core reward activity across compensation, benchmarking, and annual reward cycles. You’ll work closely with the Director and VP of Total Rewards, as well as HR Business Partners and Finance. The team is lean, collaborative, and fast-moving, so this role suits someone who enjoys getting into the detail and being close to execution.
What you’ll be doing
* Supporting annual compensation cycles, including salary reviews and bonus processes
* Conducting salary benchmarking and market analysis to support pay decisions
* Maintaining and applying job evaluation frameworks (e.g. Hay, Mercer, WTW)
* Supporting pay equity analysis and ensuring consistency in reward decisions
* Producing reward reports, dashboards, and data analysis for HR and leadership
* Working closely with HRBPs and Finance on reward queries, modelling, and planning
* Supporting governance and accuracy across reward and HR data
What we’re looking for
* Experience working as a Reward Analyst, in a tech/product-led company
* Strong Excel and analytical skills (comfortable with modelling and data manipulation)
* Experience with benchmarking and job evaluation frameworks
* Ability to work with data and translate it into clear, practical insight
* Comfortable working in a hands-on, operational role
* Strong stakeholder skills, especially with HR and Finance teams
