About Us

The Role
We are seeking a creative and inspiring Teacher of Expressive Arts (Drama) to join a successful and supportive faculty. The successful candidate will teach Drama across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5, delivering engaging lessons that motivate learners and help them achieve their full potential.
You will contribute to a broad and balanced curriculum, supporting students’ academic and personal development while promoting high standards of achievement. The ability to teach Film Studies at Key Stage 5 and Digital Media or Film at Key Stage 4 would be advantageous.
This role offers the opportunity to play an active part in the life of the school, working closely with colleagues to create an inspiring learning environment and to support the continued success of the Expressive Arts provision.
What We’re Looking For
1. A qualified teacher with strong subject knowledge in Drama
2. The ability to inspire, challenge and support students to achieve high standards
3. Excellent classroom teaching and behaviour management skills
4. A collaborative team player who works well with colleagues
5. Knowledge of the KS3, KS4 and KS5 curriculum (familiarity with the Curriculum for Wales would be beneficial)
