We’re looking for a friendly and proactive Office Administrator to join our team at The Oxford Health Company (TOHC). This is a varied role that combines reception, sales support, and marketing responsibilities. You might welcome visitors, assist with customer accounts, or contribute marketing ideas to promote the Oxford Vitality brand. If you’re organized, adaptable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.

What will you do?
Reception
* Answer, screen, and transfer calls professionally.
* Greet visitors and maintain a welcoming front-of-house area.
* Manage post, couriers, and office communications.
* Support office supplies, filing, scheduling, and record-keeping.
* Assist sales with account management, client inquiries, orders, and CRM records.
* Help prepare proposals and reports for clients.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Marketing
* Support marketing activities such as social media, email campaigns, and branded communications.
* Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities for product or brand improvements.
What We’re Looking For
* Highly organized with excellent multitasking skills.
* Confident and personable communicator.
* Positive attitude and team player.
* Experience in administration, reception, or customer service preferred.
* Interest or background in sales, marketing, or branding.
* Interest in health and wellness is a plus.
