Job Description
A multi-disciplinary construction consultancy, with offices across the UK, is seeking a competent Quantity Surveyor, with Employers Agent experience, for their office in West London.
The Quantity Surveyors role
Working in London and travelling to various sites, the successful Quantity Surveyor will mainly be responsible for running post contract and Employers Agent projects independently.
Project wise, the successful Quantity Surveyor / Employers Agent will be working on new-build residential projects for local authorities, housing associations, and private developers.
The Quantity Surveyor
* 4+ years Employers Agent or Quantity Surveying experience
* Good post contract experience
* Previously worked within a PQS / Consultancy environment
* Comfortable running EA jobs independently
* Residential project experience
