Assembly / Production Operative - Knutsford
The Best Connection Group - Manchester are recruiting on behalf of our client in Knutsford for Assembly / Production Operatives to join a busy workshop team.
The Role
You'll be involved in hands-on production tasks, including assembling components, basic testing, packing and dispatch, and supporting general workshop duties. You'll work as part of a team to meet daily targets while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
Departments Available
Multiple departments are hiring, including roles with varying physical demands. Some positions require regular manual handling, while lighter duties are also available.
Hours & Pay
* Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
* £12.94 per hour
* Overtime available at £19.41 per hour
What We're Looking For
* Previous assembly or production experience
* Comfortable using hand tools
* Good attention to detail and communication skills
* Basic numeracy, literacy, and computer skills
* Reliable, team-focused, and flexible with overtime
* Comfortable in a hands-on environment
* Can Comfortably commute to Knutsford
