* Greeting and looking after guests so they go home delighted
* Serving customers, ensuring they receive an easy and seamless personalised experience
* Being knowledgeable about the menu and making recommendations to guests
* Representing Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand image
* Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
* Complying with Health & Safety regulations
* Having a passion for delivering outstanding service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride
* Taking initiative and making decisions that are right for our customers

Qualifications
* Experience in customer service within a hospitality or food service environment preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
* Commitment to upholding food safety and health & safety standards
* Positive, proactive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering outstanding service
