Clinical Deputy Manager

High Peak Residential and Nursing Home, Main Lane, Kenyon, Culcheth, Warrington WA3 4AZ

Salary £44,657.60 per annum

As a Deputy Manager, you will support the Home Manager in the daily operations of High Peak, leading a team of care professionals with passion and commitment. Building strong relationships with staff, residents, and families is essential to the success of the home.

Sanctuary Care operates over 100 care homes, and the team at High Peak is unique. We are seeking a driven individual to work alongside the Home Manager and lead by example. Join us and apply for this role.

Your Job

About the role:

We seek a caring, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual interested in working within a growing organization. Your responsibilities include:

* Supporting the delivery of personalized care in line with individual care plans
* Engaging residents in social and leisure activities
* Leading with kindness and support to residents, families, and colleagues

Requirements include previous experience in a nursing setting, a valid NMC Pin, and a full, valid driver’s license; access to a vehicle is desirable.
