What You’ll Be Doing: Supporting students in the classroom and assisting with the school’s Additional Learning Needs (ALN) provision Helping pupils stay focused, confident, and engaged in their learning Building positive relationships with students and staff Providing one-to-one or small group support where needed Learning and applying behaviour management strategies Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and encouraging school environment What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for individuals with the right attitude and transferable skills.
