About the Role
We are building a pipeline for
fully automated, data-driven short-form video content
using
Unreal Engine 5
, MetaHumans, Character Creator 5, and assets from the Fab Store. We are seeking a
Creative Producer
who combines a strong
advertising/short-form production background
with a
creative eye for storytelling and visuals in real-time engines
.
You will partner closely with our
Technical Director
(pipeline/automation) and
3D Artist
(asset creation/lookdev) to ensure our outputs feel like polished, broadcast-quality productions.
Key Responsibilities
* Creative Vision
* Define the look, tone, and style of automated short-form video outputs.
* Develop creative guidelines (lighting, camera language, pacing, transitions).
* Translate campaign briefs into structured creative frameworks for automation.
* Production Oversight
* Work hands-on with Unreal Engine assets (Fab/Quixel, MetaHumans, CC5).
* Direct use of modular environments, props, and characters to achieve brand-ready results.
* Oversee storyboarding, mood boards, and style bibles for repeatable content generation.
* Collaboration
* Partner with the Technical Director to align automation with creative goals.
* Brief and supervise 3D artists/animators building the asset library.
* Act as the bridge between brand/marketing stakeholders and the technical team.
Skills & Experience
* Proven background in
advertising, promos, or short-form branded content
.
* Strong creative eye for
camera, lighting, composition, and pacing
.
* Working knowledge of
Unreal Engine 5
(Sequencer, basic scene setup).
* Familiarity with
MetaHumans
and
Character Creator 5
workflows.
* Experience sourcing and adapting
Fab/Quixel assets
for production.
* Strong organizational/production skills: can turn abstract data-driven requirements into watchable, engaging video outputs.
Nice to have:
* Experience in
motion graphics / editing
(After Effects, Premiere).
* Understanding of
data-driven or templated creative production
(e.g., dynamic advertising).
* Prior work in a
virtual production
or
real-time VFX
context.
