The Role
This is a structured, phone‑based sales role. You’ll contact customers who have opted in for a free insurance policy to:
* Activate their free insurance policy and confirm details.
* Introduce an optional accident insurance product and address common questions.
* Use our script and compliant wording precisely while sounding natural and in control.
* Handle objections, keep the call moving, and recover quickly from tricky moments.
* Collect bank details over the phone for customers who proceed, using secure processes.
* Hit clear targets and earn commission.

(Prior insurance/sales experience is welcome but not essential. Training is provided.)
What we offer
* £26,000 starting salary with potential to rise to £30,000
* Uncapped monthly commission (OTE £30,000–£40,000)
* 25 days’ annual leave + UK bank holidays
