About the Role As a Trainee Claims Handler, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and repairers, guiding them through the claims process with clarity, empathy, and professionalism. You’ll learn how to assess claims within a discretionary warranty framework, understand technical information, and make fair, well‑reasoned decisions. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and wants to develop specialist knowledge in automotive warranty.
