What the Job Involves In this rewarding role, you will work closely with recruitment and marketing officers, social workers, and foster carers to identify, support, and recruit individuals and families interested in fostering. You will assist with recruitment campaigns, organize and participate in information sessions and events, and support approved foster carers. You will also coordinate meetings, maintain records, and promote fostering within the community by building relationships with local organizations and sharing foster carers' stories. Your role will ensure a seamless experience for foster carers and children, contributing to the development of high-quality Children & Young People Services.
