Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Garment Technologist for a Contemporary Luxury Womenswear Brand based in London. The role offers a highly competitive base salary plus a generous package.
Fella and Jones are proud to partner with this global luxury womenswear brand in recruiting a Senior Garment Technologist. You will collaborate closely with the in-house team and external manufacturers from prototype to delivery, working daily with designers to develop products and manage fit meetings.
You will report to the Commercial Director and work closely with the Head of Design and other product and sales teams to ensure all technical aspects are properly executed.
* Manage tech packs for new styles, including consumption and construction notes
* Collaborate with the production team to develop CADs and prototypes
* Possess excellent knowledge of garment construction, pattern cutting, fitting, and grading
* Understand testing processes, analyze test reports, and garment care
* Have strong knowledge of women’s RTW, ideally at a luxury level
* Pre-empt and resolve potential production issues in line with the critical path
* Have significant experience working within a luxury retailer, supplier, or manufacturer
