Job Description
3. Ensure that the fit-out is being executed to plan (on-time and on-budget) as far as possible.
4. To raise issues of any change in plan and manage the process and costs for these.
5. To liaise with me/Richard/Tony and our teams on move matters during the process.
6. To act as the internal motivator for employees to get the current office ready for the move. i.e., identify what will be moved to the new office, what will stay, and what will be disposed of so as to leave Windmill House in a state such that someone could move in with no further work required by us.
7. To manage any other day-today tasks required as part of the office move.

8. Must have experience in moving offices in the past
