Salary: £130,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements: We are looking for candidates with previous experience in IT Support. You should be familiar with providing both remote and onsite support in a Microsoft environment. Key skills include: 1st Line / Service Desk Support experience in a Windows/Microsoft environment. Proficiency with Windows 10 and Windows 11. Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange, Azure, Outlook, and MS Teams. Experience with Active Directory and telephony support. Ability to triage tickets and escalate to relevant teams when necessary. Familiarity with the ServiceNow ticketing system. Strong customer service skills. Experience with iManage or Bomgar is desirable. Responsibilities: In this 1st Line Support role, you will be responsible for: Providing excellent customer service to our users. Supporting users in a Windows environment, including Windows 10 and 11. Assisting with Microsoft 365 applications and services. Managing ticket triage and resolution through the ServiceNow ticketing system. Offering a mix of remote and deskside support, including working on a tech bar. Collaborating with relevant teams to ensure smooth operations and resolution of issues. We offer a competitive rate of £130 to £140 per day for 37.5 hours of work each week, from Monday to Friday. The position is hybrid, requiring one day per week onsite in Liverpool.
