Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 Location: North Lincoln Sector: Offsite Construction Are you an experienced, detailed orientated Senior Quantity Surveyor? Would you enjoy working for a National specialist sub contractor? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business who are delivering specialist new build systems across a range of different sectors, with projects including commercial, education, healthcare & residential up to the value of £5million per project. Your background as a sub contractor's Quantity Surveyor will be essential as you'll be working with a main contractor and developer client group, ensuring every detail of each project is covered. We would welcome conversations with Senior Quantity Surveyors who: Have a background working for a sub contractor - Structural framing & external envelope experience would be highly advantageous Are proficient in writing and reviewing construction JCT contracts to a high standard Can lead contract negotiations from an early stage Possess strong communication skills across all levels Are willing to travel to projects when required Will demonstrate a solid background in creating detailed contract clauses Hold at least 7 years experienceIf you are interested in this role please click 'Apply' to submit your CV for consideration.
