Project Manager\n \nPIB Underwriting & Distribution is a leading MGA within the PIB Group, specialising in delivering innovative insurance solutions across the UK. We are committed to excellence, growth, and the professional development of our people.\n \nWe are seeking a proven Project Manager with up to 3 years project management experience in a financial services environment. Preferably Insurance to join our team, reporting into our Gloucester Office.\n \nDuties ad Responsibilities will include:\n \nScoping, Planning & Scheduling\n\nEnsure scope is clearly defined and that project deliverables meet the business requirements and project objectives.\nDevelop and maintain the project plan from initiation to project closedown to ensure delivery within agreed timescales.\nUnderstand dependencies within, and risks to, the project plan\nCo-ordinate activities/resources required for the project capturing actual costs and re-plan as necessary.\n \nBusiness Benefit & Financial Management\n\nDraft Business Cases for projects where you are the project manager.\nManage change control where necessary, to ensure delivery within approved budgets.\n \nDelivery, Communication & Resource management\n\nProactively manage issues to resolution, initiating corrective action as necessary to ensure the project remains on schedule and budget.\nEnsure quality standards are met for all deliverables through business and system testing as appropriate.\nDeliver effective change and configuration management through change control procedures and approvals.\nProvide regular and appropriate communications to Head of Transformation and the project team.\nProvide status updates to the Head of Transformation and ensure issues are escalated in a timely manner.\n \nRisk Management\n\nIdentify, evaluate, and document risks to delivery.\nDevelop action plans in conjunction with Head of Transformation, with associated budget to prevent or mitigate risks to minimize impact to project success.\n \nStakeholder & Supplier Management\n\nIdentify and prioritize key stakeholder relationships clearly communicating and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.\nCultivate collaborative working, building successful relationships to deliver timely effective issue management and facilitating conflict resolution where required.\n \nGovernance\n\nDeliver standard artefacts as defined by the project management methodology.

(RAID logs, Plans, Action Logs, Impact Assessments etc)\nProvide timely management reporting via Project Status Reports and project summaries as required. \nEnsure all project information, plans and documentation are kept up to date and stored in the shared directory.\nEnsure projects are formally reviewed and closed.\nWork at all times lawfully and in accordance with pre-defined regulatory, compliance and financial requirements, e.g. Data Protection, Health and Safety, FCA Standards adhering to group/company policy, processes and control frameworks.\nProject management disciplines (e.g. Prince2, APM, Agile).\n \nPIB deliver change across a large and diverse portfolio both in the UK and Europe.
