Payroll Administrator Fixed Term Contract – Maternity Cover Based at our Head Office in Whyteleafe, just 15 minutes outside of Croydon and easily commutable from London. We're looking for someone whose detail-oriented, enjoys helping colleagues, and has a real passion for payroll to join our team as a Payroll Administrator! You'll get hands on with a wide range of payroll tasks and build on your experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Within the role you will… Keep up-to date and accurate payroll records for each employee. Look after Time and Attendance (T&A) records. Deliver all payroll-related business processes, such as starters, leavers, absences, etc. Manage administrative duties including statutory deductions, such as SSP, SMP, SPP etc. Proactively handle all first-line internal and external payroll queries. Provide the highest standard of service to our colleagues. Deliver a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Represent the business with pride and brings the Ann Summers values to life every day. We're looking for someone who has: Experience in payroll administration, ideally within Retail, Hospitality, Leisure or Care. Confident with Excel and system processes. Super detail focused. A ‘lets get it done' attitude who loves a busy, fast-moving environment. Great at building and maintaining strong working relationships. Connects with our brand and lives by our People Values.
