🧠 About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and committed Goalkeeping Coach to support our Youth Development Phase (U12–U16).
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching sessions and supporting the technical, tactical, physical and psychological development of Academy goalkeepers within a positive and high-performance environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
✔️ Plan and deliver age-appropriate goalkeeper coaching sessions
✔️ Develop technical skills including handling, footwork, distribution and positioning
✔️ Support tactical understanding within the team framework
✔️ Lead pre-match warm-ups and provide matchday coaching support
✔️ Deliver constructive feedback and post-match analysis
✔️ Create and review Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
✔️ Maintain accurate records using PMA systems
✔️ Support talent identification and recruitment processes
✔️ Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary Academy staff
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
* UEFA Goalkeeping B Licence
* UEFA B Licence
* FA Safeguarding Certificate
* FA First Aid in Football
* Experience coaching goalkeepers in an elite or high-performance environment
* Experience working within Youth Development Phase age groups
* Experience using performance analysis tools (e.g. Hudl, PMA)

* Support goalkeeper development pathways

* Review and track Individual Development Plans
* Support multidisciplinary player reviews
Weekly:
* Deliver training sessions and matchday support

* Communicate regularly with coaching staff
