As a Treasury and Chief Investment Office (TCIO) Associate in our International FTP team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategies of JPMorgan Chase's international entities. Based in London, you'll collaborate with diverse teams across APAC, EMEA, and LATAM regions, driving innovation in fund transfer pricing. As a TCIO Associate in the International Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) team, you will be part of a team based in London focusing on establishing FTP methodology for the international legal entities and currencies. You will partner with Lines-of-Businesses (LOBs) and TCIO colleagues from APAC, EMEA & LATAM regions, assisting in analyzing balance sheets across 30+ legal entities and currencies. You will also collaborate with teams in LOBs, Technology, Middle Office, and Finance to establish a sound FTP process and infrastructure.
Job Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Lines of Business (LOBs) to understand balance sheets and currency positions.
* Develop and refine FTP methodologies to transfer interest rate risk effectively.
* Respond to FTP queries from LOBs and TCIO partners, primarily in Asia.
* Assist in data analytics and prepare FTP review materials for senior management.
* Participate in projects related to FTP infrastructure enhancement and NBIAs.
* Maintain documentation and uphold governance processes.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
* Minimum of 2 years in financial services with a focus on balance sheet, ALM, or liquidity management.
* Understanding of financial instruments and balance sheet analysis.
* Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with data analytics tools like Tableau.
* Initiative, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to collaborate effectively across business functions.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
* Professional qualifications such as CA, CFA, FRM are a plus.
