Job Description
Our client is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to step into this standalone role during a period of growth and change - someone who can quickly stabilise, implement and deliver across the full HR remit.This is a hands-on role from day one, with a strong focus on operational HR, employee relations and TUPE activity, alongside supporting the business through ongoing organisational change.As the Interim HR Business Partner you will:
3. Providing immediate, hands-on HR support across the organisation
4. Leading on complex ER cases, performance and absence management
5. Supporting TUPE activity and workforce integration
6. Reviewing and embedding HR policies, processes and ways of working
7. Partnering with leadership to support stability and performance
The Successful Applicant
You will need:
8. Proven experience operating as an interim HR Business Partner / HR Manager
9. Strong track record in fast-paced, operational environments
10. Confidence managing complex ER and change
11. Ability to hit the ground running and work autonomously
12. Experience supporting organisational change and TUPE processes
13. Previous experience within SME/Start up organisations

💼 Contract: Full time - 3-6 months💰 Day Rate: £350-£450 per day (via Umbrella) dependant on experience📍 Location: Hybrid - 1/2 days on-site in Exeter
