Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Franchise Manager to join us at Vertu Vauxhall Carlisle. We are offering a basic salary of £40,000 with an OTE of £60,000 plus company car and company benefits. We will also deliver you a true work-life balance. We are closed on Sundays so you can sit back and relax on this day every week without fail.

As part of our team, you’ll represent a prestigious automotive brand known for quality and innovation, offering customers a premium experience every step of the way. You’ll receive full training and a thorough onboarding program to help you succeed and maximize your earning potential. As a Sales colleague, you\'ll guide customers through a seamless and enjoyable car buying experience, from the first point of contact to the final handshake and Beyond, you\'ll be responsible for organizing and guiding the customer through the entire buying journey.

Our Managers lead and manage a controlled sales process supporting a team of Sales Advisors/Executives. You will offer regular coaching, robust management and constant customer interaction with first and second facing activity at its heart. You will serve and support your team to sell new vehicles, with a range of add-on products, finance and insurance, whilst ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times. You will also manage all sales campaigns and promotions that maximise sales penetration ensuring we uphold the highest ethical standards.

We are looking for a very talented, experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record of sales and performance within the motor industry. Experience with Electric vehicles would be beneficial. You will be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to generate impressive results by increasing sales performance, profitability and operating efficiency. You must have strong leadership and people management skills as your primary focus is to lead your team to deliver their business objectives. Requirements

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Commitment and demonstrable exceptional customer service
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
* Full UK driver\'s licence (Manual and Automatic)
