Bluegate are urgently seeking a Customer Quality Engineer with an electronics background to join our Oldham-based client.

The Role
As a key member of the Quality and Customer Support function, you will be responsible for managing customer claims from start to finish, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining outstanding customer communication throughout. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Handling customer claims from receipt to closure, including initial analysis where required
2. Ensuring all claims are resolved effectively and on time, implementing necessary containment actions to safeguard the customer
3. Working with colleagues at all levels and across global manufacturing locations to identify root causes and drive corrective actions
