Who You Are
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Be ambitious, motivated and financially driven
* Have a confident, competitive and charismatic edge
* Degree educated, or good A-Level (or equivalent) results
* Ideally have played competitive sport to a high level
* Genuinely wanting to have a successful long term career
The Day Job
* Calling prospective candidates and clients
* Screening and shortlisting candidates based on clients’ needs and requirements
* Advertising job vacancies on job-boards and LinkedIn
* Developing new business and generating new leads
* Managing the end to end recruitment process
* Securing deals and making commission
