What you will do:
* Provide specialist occupational therapy assessment and intervention for an assigned patient caseload in an acute setting.
* Offer support and clinical supervision to junior staff, including rotational Band 5 Occupational Therapists, Occupational Therapy Assistants, and OT students.
* Contribute actively to the multidisciplinary team, collaborate on service developments, audits, and service reviews, and facilitate safe and timely patient discharges.
* Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in performance reviews.
* Participate in a seven-day working rota and deputise for the Team Leader when necessary.
* Rotate through various areas on a nine-month basis, including Enhanced Recovery, Medical Specialities, Admission Avoidance Team, Acute Medicine for Older People, and the Acute Stroke Unit.
