ECT Class Teacher | September 2025 \n\nLocation: Hounslow\n\nFull-time - 5 Days/Week - Salary based on experience\n\nSalary Range | M1 Outer London (£36,413) - UPS3 Outer London (£53,994)\n\nAre you a passionate, enthusiastic ECT Class Teacher looking for your first teaching role this September? If so, we want to hear from you.\n\nTeach Plus are currently working with a 1 form entry, 'Good' primary school located in the heart of Hounslow who are seeking an ECT Class Teacher to take on a KS1 Class from September 2025. \n\nThe school is a welcoming, diverse school that promotes a supportive, happy atmosphere for their staff and students.
The school are well supported my parents and the local community, resulting in a lovely family-oriented environment. Senior leaders have high expectations for their pupils and staff and are continuously looking at their processes to see what works and what doesn't, they strive for continuous development and prioritise the right things across the school.\n\nThe role is a full-time, ECT Class Teacher role for a KS1 Class. Full ECT induction will be supported.\n\nAs an ECT Class Teacher you will be expected to:\n\nTake on full classroom responsibilities for a KS1 Class, including planning, preparation, marking and assessments\nPlan well-structured lessons in accordance with the KS1 National Curriculum\nMaintain consistent relationships with parents surrounding their academic progression\nAttend meetings and INSET days to further support the internal development of the school \n\nThe ideal candidate for the ECT Class Teacher role will have:\n\nStrong knowledge of the KS1 National Curriculum\nRecent classroom teaching experience\nA strong work ethic who is willing to commit until the end of the academic year\nUK recognized Teaching Qualification with QTS\nEnhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service\nRight to work in the UK \n\nNext steps: \n\nIf this ECT Class Teacher position sounds of interest, or you would like to find out more information, please contact Carly at Teach Plus\nAlternatively, please click 'apply' and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
