Receptionist

West Coventry Academy are excited to share the opportunity to appoint a well-organised, reliable and enthusiastic individual to undertake the role of Receptionist.
We adhere to community spirit and take pride in delivering excellent customer service. The appointed applicant will be the first point of call for all staff and parents, as well as external visitors and therefore it is imperative that you have a friendly and welcoming nature. They will also be responsible for maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area.
The ideal candidate must be willing to work within a team at times, however, must also be able to effectively undertake solo working, and be someone who takes pride in delivering excellent front facing customer service and friendly telephone communications.
You will also be required to undertake first aid duties as and when required in the school, training will be provided.
Salary:£24,404 – £25,584 full time equivalent. Actual salary £21,367 - £22,400 per annum
Hours: 37 hrs per week, term time only
Location: The role will be based at West Coventry Academy, Tile Hill Lane, Coventry, CV4 9PW
