This position offers a starting salary of £25.04 per hour. Our night care assistants work 24 hours per week across night shifts and are committed to supporting residents’ wellbeing, including those with complex needs.
While previous night care experience is helpful, the most important qualities are the right attitude, reliability, and a willingness to complete full training. You will assist residents with personal care, mobility, mealtimes, and social or physical activities, while working within a supportive team that values dignity, respect, and individualised care.Core skills required
