Mechanical Supervisor – Commercial Fit Out (Contract)
Location: Stratford, London
We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to oversee installation works on a commercial fit out project in Stratford. This is a contract role covering the install phase.
Responsibilities

Supervise HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical install works.
*
Coordinate and manage subcontractors and site labour.
*
Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with drawings/specs.
*
Monitor progress and report to the project manager.
*
Carry out site inspections, snagging, and H&S checks.
Requirements
*
2+ years’ experience as Mechanical Supervisor on commercial fit outs.
*
Strong knowledge of HVAC and building services.
*
Ability to read/understand drawings and specifications.
*
SSSTS/SMSTS & CSCS (essential).
*
First Aid (preferred).

Start: Immediate to 2 weeks

Duration: Contract (fit out phase)

Rate: Competitive Rate (Outside IR35)
