Production Operatives Needed! Location: Eastleigh, Southampton Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour (Day Shift) | £13.48 per hour (After 6pm on Late Shift) We are looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join our busy herbs and spices factory. Shifts available: Day Shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm Late Shift: 3:15pm – 11:45pm What you’ll be doing: Assisting with the production and packaging of herbs and spices Following health & safety and food hygiene standards Working as part of a team to meet production targets Ensuring quality checks are carried out effectively What we’re looking for: Good attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive attitude Previous factory or food production experience (preferred but not essential – full training provided) Kingdom People are acting as an employment business.
