We are now seeking a Production Operative who will work as part of the Production team.
You will be expected to learn all production processes including inspection, testing and assembling. With a view to specialising in an area in which you excel.
You will receive structured agreed training so that eventually you will become an indispensable part of a small multi-skilled team, able to respond to the varying demands of our customers.
As a Registered ISO9001 Company, the whole of our operation is subject to external Quality Surveillance. This mean Brainboxes has thorough and well-defined procedures ensuring that you and the team will perform high quality work.
Applicants may not have skills or experience in all areas. There will be guidance and support from your team mates and the Production Manager but a positive attitude to challenges and self-motivated to improve skills are helpful characteristics.
Brainboxes are willing to consider candidates who may require flexible working conditions – e.g. work around school hours.
Experience on a production line is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.

Person Specification
* Would suit a hard-working methodical person, in good health
* Literate, numerate and accurate, with good general IT skills.
* Educated to GCSE level standard minimum
* No previous knowledge in electronics needed
* Display a proactive, can-do attitude with a culture of right first time and ownership of problems

* Ability to use own initiative
