Up to £35,000 basic salary, with the potential to earn £40,000 OTE through performance-related bonuses

Consistent working hours Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:30

Conduct MOT inspections on a variety of vehicles in compliance with legal requirements
Ensure vehicles meet safety, environmental, and roadworthiness standards before passing
Maintain accurate records of inspection outcomes and any recommended repairs
Explain MOT results to customers clearly, providing relevant advice and recommendations
Support the team with light servicing or additional automotive tasks when required
Work efficiently to ensure timely vehicle turnaround while maintaining high standards of quality and safetyRequirements Of An MOT Technician:
Valid MOT test licence is essential
A clean driving licence is advantageous
Proven experience working on multiple makes and models of cars and vans
Background in fast-fit or similar automotive environments is preferred
Strong customer service skills with an ability to communicate effectively
Ability to work independently while maintaining high attention to detail
