GSL Education are looking to appoint a dedicated Primary Teacher to join schools in Scunthorpe on a temporary basis. This opportunity is ideal for both experienced teachers and ECTs, offering the chance to gain valuable experience in a supportive school environment. Key Responsibilities of the Primary Teacher: Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum for EYFS – KS2. Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment. Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners, including those with SEND. Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback. Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and parents to enhance pupil outcomes. Requirements for the Primary Teacher role: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 (placements considered for ECTs). Strong classroom and behaviour management skills. A passion for teaching and a commitment to pupil success.
