This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated professional to lead our Languages department. You will be both ambitious and passionate about teaching Spanish and/or French and bringing out the best from every single one of our students.

The successful applicant will:

•Be an excellent practitioner with a passion for learning and teaching and a desire to ensure that the quality of learning in languages is great.

•Be a leader with a desire to achieve the very best outcomes and deliver excellent, inclusive provision for all our students.

•Have a record of consistently delivering strong GCSE results across a range of abilities.

•Have an ability to support, motivate and develop teachers to improve their practice.

•Have an ability to engage, enthuse and motivate students and staff.

•Be a committed, competent, reflective and resilient individual determined to make a profound difference to the lives of our students.
