The Role
Strategic Leadership & Business Partnering
1. Act as a key advisor to the CFO and Executive Team
2. Provide financial insight to support strategic decision-making, growth planning and investment cases
3. Partner with Sales, Operations, Product and Marketing to drive commercial performance
4. Financial Management & Control
5. Lead the month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes
6. Ensure accuracy and integrity across the P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
7. Strengthen internal controls, governance and financial discipline across the group
