• Monitor learner progress, providing feedback and additional support as required
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to continuously improve training delivery
• Maintain your own CPD to ensure training content remains current and industry-aligned
• Deliver all apprenticeship elements in line with Ofsted, ESFA, and awarding body standards

• Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement

• Experience with military vehicles or in a military training environment
• Knowledge of apprenticeships or government-funded training programmes

Qualifications Required:

• GCSE Maths & English (Grade C / 4 or above) or equivalent
• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Mechanics

Security Requirements
• Ability to obtain and maintain Security Check (SC) clearance
• Enhanced DBS (EDBS) required

If you’re an experienced assessor with a strong motor vehicle background and a passion for developing apprentices, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact while growing your career within a supportive and forward-thinking organisation.
