We have an exciting opening for a Customer Service Adviser to join our Operations team based at our head office in Bath.
Are you passionate about resolving customer enquiries, either over the phone or face-to-face, in a personable manner? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment? If so, and you want to join a team recognized for excellence—having recently been awarded the ServiceMark with Distinction from the Institute of Customer Service (ICS) and ranked 1st for Customer Service in the industry—this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
What you'll do
As one of the top-performing water and sewerage companies in the UK, based in Bath, our contact centre team provides professional and helpful service.
